Refund policy

At Shell Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us; however, to maintain fair business practices, returns and refunds are accepted strictly in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are required to report any such issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us with their order number and providing clear photo or video evidence for verification. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, minor differences in colour or design due to lighting or screen settings, items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence, sale or discounted products, or personal-use and hygiene-related items such as earphones or hands-free devices once opened. Once a return request is approved and the item is inspected, Shell Mart will either provide a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit or the original payment method, depending on the situation, within 7–10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side. Order cancellations are only possible before shipment; once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Shell Mart reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request and may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
