Shipping policy
At Shell Mart, we deliver orders across Pakistan using Pakistan Post (Pak Post) to ensure reliable and nationwide coverage. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. After dispatch, responsibility for delivery timelines rests with Pakistan Post; however, Shell Mart will assist customers by providing shipment details and support in case of delays or delivery issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information; Shell Mart will not be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in future order restrictions. Any damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
